PROCESS OF PURCHASE AND VERIFICATION:
During the purchase of an Agriculture Land, the following documents should be checked, and only then, the deal should be finalized:
- Address of the Land
The accurate address and locality should be known before buying the land. The property documents should comprise of the address where the property is actually located. - Classification of land

The land must be surveyed properly and shall be subdivided as well.
